You agree
~ owning or having access to a heat press
~ handling the print with the care as instructed inside packaging so your print doesn't scratch.
~ using parchment paper as a barrier between the print and heat press
~ following instructions in the package
Once the order is placed (before 5pm, if after I will begin the next business day) I will begin to prepare the files for print, print them, package them, create a shipping label, and provide the tracking number the day shipment goes out.
Total processing time for printing 1-3 days and shipping will be UPS ground.
*All sales are final and non refundable. These are custom made to print orders so they will not be refunded. If there is damage to the package message me right away along with photos so we can make a claim with UPS and get new prints out asap.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Policy on digital downloads
With the purchase of a digital download you can NOT re sell them as a digital images in any form.
You can sell purchases transferred onto any products, Once the image is permanently transferred onto a product you may sell that product with my image on it.
You can NOT sell my digital image as a digital image of any kind (not Altered nor by itself.)
Only I can change the color of an image (place a request or purchase a custom image.)
You may add the customers logo & information to transfer the image onto a product to sell to them (but not sold digitally.)
Purchased digital images are used for personal use or permanently transferred onto a product to sell.
